If you would like to enjoy the local gastronomy, there are plenty of choices. From snack

bars to fine culinary dining restaurants you'll have a magnitude of options. Be sure to try the local speciality "ale".

"Nieuwdonk", the local recreation park, offers plenty of additional possibilities for water

sports; not only swimming and sailing, but also surfing and kayaking.

Children are not left out either. They can enjoy themselves in the play garden or even on

the sand beach. Those just wanting to relax and enjoy the sun can take refuge in a

designated area with it's own terrace.
